I forgot my password, what do I do?
What do I do if I want to upload multiple projects?
Each project must be created with a separate log in profile under a unique email address. In order to upload a second project you must create a new profile with the contact details of that project.
How do I edit my story?
You can click on the ‘My Project‘ tab to navigate to your story. You will see edit icons (a little pencil) at each section that you can edit. You can edit your story’s video, video thumbnail, featured images and other relevant sections.
How do I delete my digital story?
You can click on the ‘My Project‘ tab to navigate to your story. You will see edit icons at each section that you can edit. Click the edit icon associated with your project’s digital story, then click remove. This will permanently delete your digital story, this action cannot be undone.
How do I delete my project?
You can click on the ‘My Project‘ tab to navigate to your story. In the top right hand corner you can click ‘Remove project‘. This will permanently delete your project, this action cannot be undone.
How do I delete my profile?
Navigate to your profile by clicking ‘Logged in as your name‘ in the top right hand corner. At the bottom of your profile panel click ‘Remove profile‘. This will permanently delete your profile along with all related data and media, this action cannot be undone.
