Basically the youth will be engaged in community developments such as doing vegetable gardens for families that need them. It will also focus on helping the youth accomplish their dreams by informing them on what kind of channels to go through in order to follow your dreams. No one is involved yet but am planning on involving the youth and they will be the one running the programme.
What skills and resources were you able to draw from the community for this project?
No one yet. I am the only person who knows about this project. But I am willing to get help from the community in order to shape the lives of the youth.
The challenges
The main reason for starting this project is that I have recognised that the youth is not doing anything productive about their lives , they do not bring change in their lives and their families life. In short I would say that they are less informed. So I have decided to start this project to inform the youth that a lot can be done in order to better our lives and our families lives.
Addressing the challenges
Nothing has been done yet. I still need to talk with the youth and tell them about my project and the benefits so that they will be able to be part of it.
